has developed a new type of robust auger bucket. The machine has been designed for easy maintenance and none stop delivery of feed, a ton in 2 minutes, even with foreign objects mixed in. The Motor is a heavy duty model to suit the latest telehandlers.

The auger flight is in sections which can be replaced as each wears. The Auger is set in a tube and can even feed meal and nuts. The Rollers chop and crush the material as it travels between them, the top roller is sprung loaded to allow stones etc; to pass through without stopping. Spring tension is variable and can be set to suit the size of chop needed.

The rollers can be refurbished as they wear without removal from the chassis, simply remove a lynch pin pull the pivot pin out & take off top roller ready for welding. There is a safety device between the motor and auger shaft, via a duplex chain linking the motor sprocket and the auger sprocket, this chain acts as the weak link if there is a large problem.
